Qualifications

• Experience of managing a small team.
• Working independently or within a small team.
• Must have commercial grounds maintenance or landscaping experience.
• Experience of using hand‑held power tools such as petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, etc.
• A valid driver's licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Mobile round working on various multi‑site commercial properties.
• Regular visits carrying out planned maintenance or reactive work.
• Customer service interaction is essential.
• Vehicle checks.
