CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to service and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties across London. You will cover high-end offices and distinctive contracts, with a focus on delivering reactive and planned maintenance to ensure uptime and safety.

The ideal candidate will hold COCN1/CODNCO1 gas qualifications, a proven building maintenance background, and a full driving license. Regional mobility and a commitment to customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold commercial gas tickets (COCN1 or CODNCO1).
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Electrical or Air Conditioning qualifications desirable (17th/18th Edition, Fgas).
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, service, repair and maintain across commercial properties.
• Reactive maintenance across client properties portfolio.
• Self-delivery of smaller installations.
• Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings for repairs and maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and identify failures within equipment.
• Order and fit parts or components as required.
• Reactive and planned commercial maintenance.
• Provide high level of customer service and build relationships.

Commercial Gas Engineer - Facilities Service Provider - London - £60,000

Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider?

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a leading National Facilities Service Provider on a mobile basis covering London, working on a mixture of commercial contracts, including high-end offices and unique contracts.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial gas and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and ideally live in the Greater London region but applications from all areas are welcome.

This position would be ideal for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. The company is offering a competitive salary of up to £60,000, depending on experience, with a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am to 17:00 pm
• 1 in 14 Callout - £150 pw

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivering, services, repairs and maintenance throughout commercial properties
