Job summary

Holt Recruitment Ltd is looking for a Mobile Forklift Engineer to join a friendly and supportive team in Bolton. This role offers stability, ongoing training, and a strong earning potential, with a company van and fuel card provided.

You will service, repair, and maintain forklift trucks and handling equipment, perform diagnostics, and carry out planned maintenance and safety checks to high standards. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is preferred, with a positive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in Forklift, Plant, Agricultural, HGV, or Automotive considered.
• Level 3 NVQ or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain a variety of forklift trucks and material handling equipment.
• Conduct diagnostics and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Carry out planned maintenance and safety inspections to a high standard.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in line with company procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, productive, and safe workshop environment.

Shift: Mon- Fri – DAYS
