An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile Fleet Vehicle Technician with a trusted leader in the automotive industry covering the Farnborough area.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile Fleet Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties

• Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles, including:
• Brake inspections and repairs
• Suspension checks
• Oil and filter replacements
• Wheel changes (wheel builds and replacements, no tyre changes)
• Perform light maintenance tasks at customer workshop locations
• Use built‑up rims for wheel changes, returning old wheels as part of the service
• Maintain accurate service records and comply with schedule deadlines
• Operate efficiently within a mobile team environment, ensuring minimal vehicle downtime

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideal candidates include:
• Mobile HGV Technicians
• Mobile Mechanics
• Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) Technicians
• General Vehicle Technicians
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality maintenance services
• Valid driving license is essential
• Strong technical skills combined with excellent communication and personal skills

The salary for this Mobile Fleet Vehicle Technician role is up to £45,000 basic.

The hours of work for this role are 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (1‑hour lunch break).
