Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of building fabric services and Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance repairs and PPM across various client contracts.
• Ensure compliance with client and JLL Health & Safety procedures.
• Support technicians in a supervisory capacity and work collaboratively with teams.
• Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments onsite.

Skills

Proficiency with smartphones, PDAs, and IT systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible approach to working hours

Self-motivated with supervisory capabilities

Education

Level 3 City & Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent)

Trade background with recognized qualification or completed apprenticeship
