Job summary

Interaction Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Heavy Plant) to service and repair specialist equipment at customer sites across the Enfield area. You will diagnose faults and perform preventative maintenance, ensuring safety and reliability of plant and municipal gear.

Applicants should have plant/HGV/automotive/agricultural engineering background, with a full UK driving licence. The role includes a company vehicle, paid travel time, day rates for on-call duties, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Background in Plant, HGV, Automotive, or Agricultural engineering (essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential; HGV licence preferred or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to service, diagnose, and repair specialist plant and municipal equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently.
• Maintain service records and liaise with internal engineering teams to improve delivery.
