Job summary

RecruitmentiQ is working with a client in the agricultural manufacturing sector to recruit a Mobile Milling Vehicle Operator on a permanent basis in Aberdeenshire. You will cover Scotland and North England, based at our site in Aberdeenshire.

The role involves visiting farms, driving a milling vehicle, and processing feed to farmer specifications while building strong customer relationships. You should be self-motivated and capable of working alone, with occasional stays away from home.

Qualifications

• Essential: works well as an individual or as part of a team
• Ability to work accurately and alone, unsupervised
• Good time keeping and work ethic
• Attention to detail and good numeracy
• Agricultural background preferred
• Full UK Car (Category B) Licence

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to process their feed on farm to farmer requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Operate milling vehicle based on chassis and adapt as needed
• Maintain records and ensure accurate, timely work
• Work in farm environments that can be dusty/noisy and stay away from home occasionally
