We have an opportunity available for a Mobile Facilities/Maintenance Operative to join our Property Services team, to support our services across the Lancashire area.
Salary: £23,823 per annum
Weekly Hours: 35

In this role you will support our services and sites across the Lancashire area, carrying out caretaking and maintenance responsibilities. This role includes working in people's homes, therefore focused customer care and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
You will carry out a range of tasks including decorating, general maintenance and repairs and ensuring quality checks are completed.
The role involves travel, a vehicle and uniform will be provided. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the nature of our services.
Please note, our company insurance requires all applicants to have held a full UK Driving Licence for at least 1 year and be 21 years of age or over.

Previous maintenance experience is essential and you must have had a full UK driving licence for at least a year.
