Qualifications

• Must hold PASMA/IPAF/MEWP training and licence. Client will cover expenses if necessary.
• Must have a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance is essential.
• Ideally located along the M3 / M4 corridor between Feltham and Guildford.
• Must be physically fit for waste management and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Use a battery lawnmower to mow grass and use a strimmer.
• Take responsibility for defects and follow up on repairs.
• Perform tap temperature tests and manage first aid station.
• Conduct monthly evaporator cleaning maintenance.
• Test fire alarms and check fire doors.
• Perform basic plumbing and maintenance tasks.
• Dust at high level with sky vac.
• Carry out descaling tasks and basic electrical maintenance.

Mobile Fabric Technician

Temp-to-Perm, Immediate Start

Working for a world-leading property management/facilities management company.

Responsibilities

• Use a battery lawnmower to mow grass and use a strimmer on a path.
• Take responsibility for defects and follow up on repairs.
• Perform tap temperature tests, weekly tap flushing and manage and monitor first aid station replenishment and eye wash station.
• Evaporator monthly cleaning maintenance.
• Weekly fire alarm testing and fire door checks; fire extinguisher checks.
• Basic plumbing and facilities maintenance tasks such as tap repairs, blocked or leaking pipes, blocked or leaking toilets, fabric repairs, etc.
• Dusting at high level with sky vac.
• Descaling tasks as needed.
• Basic electrical maintenance tasks and lamp changing; PAT testing is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must hold PASMA/IPAF/MEWP training and licence (client will cover expenses if not held).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance.
