Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd seeks a Mobile Fabric Engineer for commercial buildings across the Sussex region. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance within multiple sites, with hours 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.

The ideal candidate will have a strong facilities maintenance background and a proven track record in building maintenance. Salary up to £33,858 plus package, overtime and progression opportunities are offered.

• Multi-skilled candidate with versatility across maintenance tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Experience in commercial building maintenance is essential.

• Basic Carpentry
• Painting and plasterboard
• Changing locks
• Door hinges
• Floor repairs
• Minor repairs to office furniture
• Putting together small equipment/flat packs
• Kick and push plates
• Install/repair blinds
• Basic Plumbing
• Maintain and update Log books
• Assist the maintenance team on-site
• Escort subcontractors
