This role exists to ensure our client sites remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. Your work helps create comfortable, compliant spaces for building occupants.

Responsibilities

You’ll carry out general repairs, planned maintenance, and minor plumbing and decorating across multiple client sites. The role includes regular safety checks and accurate record-keeping. You’ll provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with building occupants. A proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance or safety issues is essential.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in general building maintenance and handyman tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices in a facilities environment.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and adapt to flexible working hours.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
