Job summary

Curo is seeking an Estate Operative - Cleaner for Bristol and Keynsham Area. The role is full-time (37 hours per week) with a salary of £25,878 per annum plus benefits. You will work in pairs, travel between estates, and ensure shared spaces are clean and welcoming for residents.

Essential skills include a full manual driving licence, customer service experience, and strong attention to detail. Desirable background includes cleaning or similar hands-on roles and knowledge of health and safety

Qualifications

• Full manual driving licence is essential to drive a Curo van between locations.
• Experience working with customers in a service role.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Ability to work well with a colleague and as part of a team.
• Self-motivation with good planning skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and technology.
• Able to work up and down stairs regularly throughout the day.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning shared areas including stairwells, entrances and common spaces.
• Hoovering, mopping and sweeping to keep areas spotless.
• Cleaning bin rooms and litter picking around estates.
• Moving between buildings throughout the day, including going up and down stairs.
• Spot and report any repairs or health and safety concerns to the right teams.
• Complete all paperwork and records accurately.
