Job summary

Amey is seeking a Mobile Electrician based in Wales to join their team supporting the Ministry of Justice. The role involves planned and reactive electrical maintenance across various sites, with a competitive salary ranging from £37,953 to £43,039 plus additional benefits.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and experience in commercial environments. This position offers regular pay reviews, a company van, and opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
18th Edition (or working towards).
City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing.
Experience in commercial or industrial environments.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across multiple sites.
Taking responsibility for electrical systems as an Authorised and Responsible Person.
Managing permits, isolations and ensuring safe systems of work.

Contract: Permanent | Full-time 39 hours per week (08:00–17:00) + 1 in 4 weekends (15% shift allowance)
