• Valid UK Driving licence required.
• Experience in servicing and repairing lighting and power distribution systems.
• Ability to undertake planned, responsive and cyclical maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
• Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
• Maintain asset histories and maintenance records.

Skills

Qualified Electrician

Experience in installation and maintenance work

Competent on BMS control systems

Education

Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Electrical Installation & Testing
