Location: Candidates will ideally be based in the following broad areas: York / Leeds / Hull / Sheffield

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am‑5pm

Pay: The salary for the role is between £36k and £39k depending on skills and experience, paid at an hourly rate.

Duration: Ongoing Contract – Temp to Perm if everything goes well

Duties

• The ideal candidates will have experience within the FM industry, completing routine PPM tasks, reactive tasks and other engineering duties across various client sites, demonstrating a wide range of engineering capability in other disciplines (eg plumbing, joinery...) as well as specialist electrical skills.
• Job comes with a medium size van (Vivaro size) for work use only and van must be kept at candidate’s home every night.

• Must hold full UK driver’s licence.
• This role is for a multi‑skilled engineer with an electrical bias (fully qualified electrician).
