Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across various sites.
• Ensure compliance with MEP schedules and standards.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults.
• Coordinate with other trades and team members.
• Travel to a maximum of 3 sites per day.
• All work is local to North London and surrounding counties.

Skills

2391 Testing & Inspection

Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent

18th Edition

Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)

Strong electrical engineering background in maintenance, repair, and installation

Basic plumbing knowledge

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Mobile Building Services Engineer – Electrical Bias (Quick progression to Electrical QS)

Location: North London & Surrounding Counties • Employment Type: Full-Time • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM • Salary: Negotiable, based on experience • Overtime: Opportunities available, paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across a varied portfolio
• Compliance with MEP schedules and standards
• Fault finding and resolution of electrical issues
• Coordination with other trades and team members
• Maximum of 3 sites per day to travel between
• All work is local to North London and surrounding counties

Qualifications & Skills

• 2391 Testing & Inspection – Essential
• Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
• 18th Edition
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 3 points)

• Basic plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
