Overview

Mobile Electrical Engineer – Birmingham based, covering Birmingham and Nottingham sites. Salary up to £42,000 per annum plus call out and overtime. Mon–Fri, 40 hours per week (days). Van supplied and fuel card included.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical systems.
  • Cover maintenance of lighting, emergency systems, and building services plant room electrical systems.
  • Complete PPMs in line with SLA and KPI agreements.
  • Respond to Helpdesk requests, providing a professional and timely service.
  • Support other members of the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines.
  • Basic mechanical and fabric tasks where required.
  • Compliance checks.
  • Small works projects.
Skills & Background
  • Recognised professional engineering qualification, Level 3.
  • Willing to complete general building services and plant maintenance.
  • 18th edition.
  • Proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
  • Presentable and reliable.
  • Valid Driving license.
On Offer

Permanent position, basic salary up to £42,000 per annum, plus van and 22 days annual leave plus statutory holidays. Weekly on-call payment of £50 per week (£2,600 per year on top of salary). To date there have been no call-outs on this contract.
