Mozart AI is building a music creation network with Vibe sessions and Studio to enable collaborative music making and fan connections. You will own the mobile app architecture, state management, and navigation, including real-time collaboration, background tasks, and cross-platform integration.

The role requires 5+ years of mobile development with React Native and Expo, plus fluency in Swift and Kotlin. You will implement seamless navigation, presence, and offline support while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of professional mobile development experience.
• Extensive React Native and Expo app experience with profiling and fixes on real devices.
• Fluency in Swift and Kotlin for native development and OS updates.
• Understand Hermes, JSI, native module systems, and bridging JS to native.
• Experience designing predictable state across screens, offline queues, and pushes.
• Experience with background tasks, background playback, and platform limitations.
• Prior work on apps with real-time collaboration or live data is beneficial.

Own the mobile app architecture, state management, and navigation, tracking startup time, frame rate, memory, and battery usage Design a navigation model that makes music, video, and image generation, editing, collaboration, listening, and social networking feel like one coherent product Implement multiplayer presence, shared session state, and conflict resolution that withstand app backgrounding and network changes Build the persistent mobile job system for background generations, uploads and downloads, local songs and projects, and synchronization after reconnecting Implement background playback, system controls, interruption handling, Bluetooth and AirPlay support, and synchronized multi-track playback Build touch-focused social features, including high-performance media feeds, audio previews, publishing, sharing, and push notifications with state-aware deep links Use Swift and Kotlin when platform capabilities require native development Define how real-time native audio and app logic running in Hermes communicate, including bridge usage and JavaScript thread boundaries Own over-the-air updates, binary releases, store reviews, force-update policy, install attribution, and typed event measurement
