Mobile Developer

• Location: Fully Remote
• Job Type: Full-time
• Reports to: Development Team Leader

As a Mobile Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering mobile application solutions that align with business requirements and enhance user satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to implement features, resolve issues, and ensure the high performance of mobile apps across various platforms. While specific technology experience (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Swift) is not mandatory, a strong understanding of mobile development principles and familiarity with mobile frameworks will be highly beneficial.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Mobile App Development: Build, test, and maintain mobile applications using modern development practices. Ensure your code is clean, efficient, and maintainable, meeting performance and usability standards across devices.
• Feature Implementation: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to translate mobile user needs into intuitive, responsive features.
• Bug Fixing and Maintenance: Investigate and resolve issues that affect app performance, stability, or user experience. Implement fixes to ensure reliability through root cause analysis.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Engage in peer reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Contribute to automated testing strategies, including unit, integration, and UI tests for mobile platforms.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with developers, testers, designers, and business stakeholders to align mobile solutions with strategic goals. Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
• Continuous Learning: Keep up to date with mobile development trends and frameworks (e.g., Flutter, React Native), and platform updates (iOS/Android). Enhance your skills and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Familiarity with mobile frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or native SDKs (Swift, Kotlin).
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and/or cloud services (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) and the .Net platform would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git/TFS) and issue tracking tools (DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus.
