Alaska Black Limited. is seeking an experienced heating engineer for commercial maintenance across West London, North London and Central London. You will service and maintain commercial heating plant including AHU/FCU and associated pipework, and also domestic boilers in domestic environments.

The role requires current commercial gas tickets and ideally domestic gas skills, with a focus on planned and reactive maintenance for office and gym facilities.

Formación

• Experience as heating engineer in commercial maintenance.
• Current commercial gas tickets (ideally also domestic).
• Ability to work across West London, North London and Central London.

The Company:

Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£100m

The Role:

Working across West London, North London and some Central London, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of commercial heating plant and associated mechanical services including AHU,s, FCU,s, expansion vessels and pipework in commercial offices and gyms.

You will also maintain domestic boilers in a domestic environment.

The Person:

It is essential that you are an experienced heating engineer, having working in a commercial maintenance capacity and have current commercial gas tickets and ideally also domestic.

The Salary:

DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL
23 days holiday
4%/4% pension
Basic for 40 hours - £54,080 with door to door travel paid
23 days holiday
O/T rates of x 1.5 after 8 hours daily and x 2 Saturday after first 5 hours and all day Sunday.
Company van and fuel card - no private use.
50 hours per week equates to £67,600 as all travel is paid.
1 in 10 call out (£200)
