About The Role

Atlas FM are recruiting a mobile cleaner with a strong contract cleaning background. The role is based around Weymouth and the surrounding area.

Pay: £13.94 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week. The successful candidate must be flexible and available for early morning shifts as required by the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Dedicate your time across different sites to go the extra mile and seamlessly meet the needs of Atlas’ client sites.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained within the first week to deliver the cleaning specification and use the equipment.
• Provided with a company van, fuel card and mobile phone.
• Help with the weekly cleaning of a property portfolio around Weymouth & Portland (approx. 15 hours per week).
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Meet with Atlas staff on sites and ensure they have everything they need to carry out the job successfully.
• Ensure staff are working to the client specification and inspect their work.
• Carry out cleaning audits across the contract.
• Help to cover holiday, sickness and new operatives.
• Train new cleaning operatives and carry out regular toolbox talks.
• Undertake quality control audits.
• Build strong working relationships with our clients.
• Assist the Regional and Area Managers as required.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

About You

• Have cleaning experience or the willingness to learn and a positive, thoughtful approach.
• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.
• Good social skills and a friendly smile.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Required to undergo DBS check.
• Weymouth base with some travel around Dorset.
