Job summary

Vertas is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across West Suffolk sites. This full-time role is 37.5 hours weekly, with 05:00–21:00 shifts; van, fuel card and phone provided.

You will supervise teams, maintain high cleanliness standards, cover gaps, and respond to urgent needs across the region. A UK driving licence and strong communication are essential; safeguarding checks may apply. This role supports the Facilities Team within Vertas.

About the Role:

Covering different sites in the West Suffolk area, you will be working 37.5hrs per week 52wks per year. Working hours in the range of 05.00-21.00 split shifts, carrying out audits and supporting the Operations manager. Van, fuel card and phone provided.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervise cleaning operations across designated sites
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Support and cover cleaning staff during absences
• Respond to urgent cover needs across the region

What You'll Bring:

• Valid UK manual driving licence
