Job description

We're currently looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. We cover a vast array of clients ranging in location between cities such as Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.

Contract: Permanent, Type: Full Time, Hours: 40 per week, Pay: £12.60 per hour, Location: Multiple (Mobile)

Role Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalates to line manager when necessary.
