Job description

Do you have the skills of a mobile cleaner? Are you an experienced cleaner looking to take a step into a new challenge? From offices and shopping centres to hospitals and airports, we create better places for the communities we serve to thrive at Mitie. We're currently looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules. We cover a vast array of clients ranging in location between cities such as Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham.

Contract: Permanent

Type: Full Time

Hours: 40 per week

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Location: Multiple (Mobile)

Role Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary.
