Job summary

Onward Homes is seeking a Full Time Mobile Cleaning Operative on a permanent basis in the Merseyside area. The role is mobile around neighbourhoods and requires a full UK driving license.

Candidates should be flexible for occasional out-of-hours work and variations in hours to meet business needs. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards in communal areas across schemes, using appropriate cleaning methods and reporting through internal systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
• Experience delivering cleaning services to various customers.
• Capable of using different cleaning methods and equipment.
• Ability to follow procedures to meet high standards.
• Willingness to cover multiple areas within set parameters.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Clean scheme communal areas and properties to agreed standards.
• Carry out vacuuming, mopping, dusting and waste disposal tasks.
• Operate cleaning equipment and maintain safety compliance.
• Record work via internal software and report hazards.
• Assist with basic maintenance and stock replenishment as needed
