Churchill Group is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team in East Croydon. This permanent full-time role covers sites across East Croydon and surrounding areas, with 48 weekly hours and a rate of £14.80 per hour.

You will support the Site/Account Manager, provide cleaning cover, and follow safety policies. We offer training and development, plus an employee-owned environment with benefits and recognition.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning operations preferred.
• Must hold a valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning cover across sites in a safe and effective manner.
• Support the Site/Account Manager and report safety hazards promptly.
• Follow Churchill policies and participate in training programs.
