Mobile Cleaning Operative – Isle of Wight

We’re looking for a reliable, flexible Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our award-winning team atTop Mops. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can work across multiple sites, and takes pride in delivering high cleaning standards.

About the Role

• Working across a range of sites across the Isle of Wight
• Covering cleaning duties for holiday, sickness, and high-demand periods
• Cleaning in a variety of environments, including schools, venues and commercial buildings
• Supporting teams where needed and sometimes working alone
• Using company-provided equipment and vehicle to travel between sites

Hours & Pay

• Monday to Saturday
• 40–48 hours per week
• £26,561 – £31,873 per annum
• Company van provided for work use
