A community-focused organization in Liverpool is looking for a Cleaning Technician to join their Estate Services team. The role involves cleaning communal areas across the North West, ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures. Applicants should have experience in general cleaning duties and excellent customer service skills. A company vehicle will be provided for site visits. This part-time position offers a salary of £15,238 per year with additional benefits including holiday leave and a pension scheme.
Based at Marybone House, Liverpool – Covering the North West

24 hours per week – Monday to Wednesday, 8 hours per day
We are looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team in Liverpool covering numerous sites across the area. This role will be part of the Estate Services team with over 100 operatives but will be working within a team of 2 as well as some lone working. You will undertake cleaning duties in accordance with specification and legislative procedures, providing accurate information and daily record of works. You will ensure all health & Safety procedures are followed. In this role you will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, such as general needs, housing, offices, schemes and student accommodation across Liverpool and the Northwest. A company van will be provided to travel to the different sites, along with the tools needed to provide an excellent cleaning service.

The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,396 based on 40 hours per week
