Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join their team. This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license and involves various cleaning tasks ensuring a safe and clean environment. Position: Cleaner
Working Pattern: Full Time
Driving Required: Yes across West Midlands
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Do
  • Complete all assigned cleaning tasks to a compliant standard within the designated timeframe.
  • Report all completed cleans to your Line Manager and update the AORA system.
  • Ensure the safety of all service users while working in their properties.
  • Use cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with provided guidelines.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as mandated during cleaning duties.
  • Inform the Maintenance Administration Department about any safety defects encountered.
  • Conduct thorough cleans, including carpets, using the appropriate equipment and PPE.
Who You Are

Essential Skills
  • A valid driver’s licence (mandatory)
  • Competency in IT for reporting and communication
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Desirable Experience
  • Previous cleaning experience in households or large accommodations
  • Proven experience working collaboratively in a teamExperience managing your time effectively
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
