Sanctuary provide in-house repairs and maintenance services for an extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations. Scarborough - covering the Scarborough area, North and East Yorkshire

Salary: £25,396 per year

40 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a Mobile Cleaner to join our team. Working as part of the team, you will be working alongside a Caretaker, carrying out cleaning duties in our properties. The base location for this role is in Hull, so occasional travel to this site will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Undertaking general caretaking duties such as cleaning communal areas including the stairs, doors and windows
  • Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment
  • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work
  • Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained
  • Providing a professional, courteous and customer friendly approach to all working tasks
Skills and experience (Qualifications)
  • Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
  • Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workload
  • This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
