Job description

Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading Housing Association based in Ely and surrounding area.

My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term, temporary contract.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning
• Deep cleaning void social housing properties
• External cleaning
• Graffiti removal
• Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents
• Remove rubbish and dispose correctly
• Ensure houses are hygienic and well maintained
• Report any repairs to the maintenance office team
• Support when no lone working is required
• Carry out sharps sweeps
• Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required
• Full UK driving licence is essential

Job Details

• Start date: As soon as candidates are available
• Location: Ely and surrounding region
• Duration: 6-8 weeks (could be extended)
• Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday
• Pay rate: £14.10 per hour
