Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is hiring a Mobile Chiller Engineer to service and repair commercial and industrial chillers across London & SE. You will undertake PPMs, fault finding, and repairs on air‑cooled, water‑cooled, absorption and adiabatic chillers with a focus on reliability and performance.

You must hold NVQ 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, F‑Gas Category 1, and City & Guilds 2079, with a clean UK driving licence. A competitive package with overtime is on offer.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification required.
• City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on diverse chiller systems to ensure longevity.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and refrigeration faults accurately and repair components.
• Perform F-Gas leak detection, recovery and recharging per regulations.
• Identify efficiency improvements and advise clients on upgrades.
• Communicate work performed and liaise with clients professionally.
• Complete service reports, timesheets and admin tasks using mobile tools.
• Follow health & safety regs and site risk assessments.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergencies every ~14 weeks.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians when appropriate.
