Join Our Culinary Team – Mobile Chef Wanted!

Location: Covering sites in South and Midlands
Pay: £16.30/hour
Hours: Permanent/full-time 35 hours per week
Shifts: Between 07:00 and 17:00 – enjoy your free evenings!

We’re hiring a Mobile Chef to join our passionate team at HMP Parc, working across our sites in the South and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance.

You MUST be flexible and have your own reliable transportation.

What You'll Do:
  • Work with a team of chefs and enhanced inmates to prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Mentor and supervise enhanced inmates with food preparation and cooking meals.
  • Follow recipes and maintain accurate kitchen records.
  • Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans.
What We're Looking For:
  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Previous cheffing experience.
  • Flexibility and own reliable transportation with business insurance.
