Job summary

Highland Council is seeking an Area Cook 3 (27.5 hpw) based in Dornoch Academy. Qualifications

• Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate or similar qualification

Responsibilities

• Travel to various locations assisting in day-to-day operational requirements of the Service.
• Organise, administer and directly participate in the provision of a multi-choice traditional or cash-cafeteria catering service including production, ordering provisions, cash collection and banking of Highland Council monies.
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of catering services in compliance with the School Health Promotion and Nutrition (Scotland) Act 2007.
