Qualifications

  • Understanding of COSHH and Risk Assessments for safety in cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to drive company vehicles is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct damp and mould treatment in properties, ensuring affected areas are identified and redecorated.
  • Remove waste from various sites, including fly tipped waste.
  • Clean gutters using ground-level equipment.
  • Collaborate with other Estates teams as needed.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in proper condition.

Skills

Knowledge of cleaning and caretaking, and an understanding of COSHH and Risk Assessments
Knowledge of how to use grounds machinery confidently and competently
Ability to use and update computerised systems (including PDA)
Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Practical experience of carrying out risk assessments
Full valid UK driving licence
