Vertas is seeking a Mobile Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in South Derbyshire. The role is 18.5 hours per week, spread Monday to Friday, with shifts from 07:00-10:00 and 15:00-19:00.

You will oversee maintenance and cleanliness, supporting a high standard of caretaking and customer service across the site.

Qualifications

• Great customer service and communication skills and experience in similar setting (Caretaking, Maintenance, Trades, Handy-person, etc).
• Experience with Legionella and Fire Alarm systems is desirable but not essential.

About the Role:

Based in South Derbyshire, you will be working 18.5 hours a week across the week (Monday - Friday), between the hours of 07:00AM-10:00AM, and 15:00-19:00. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

Who are we looking for?
