Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer

Our client is a well established M&E services firm, active in both the fit‑out and subsequent maintenance of commercial multi‑tenant office space. Privately owned, they predominantly operate in Central London and the West End – while mobile, the travel is restricted to these areas, and so will suit those living in inner London. Working as part of the multi‑skilled M&E maintenance team, the successful candidate will provide planned and reactive services to electrical, mechanical and general building services plant across central London. The role will pay between £43‑45,000 basic salary, and there are multiple avenues to earn further through a call‑out rota (1 in 5 weeks), occasional overtime, and also the potential for an annual bonus should the maintenance division hit their targets.
