A leading Engineering Services Provider in the UK is seeking a Building Fabric Engineer to work on a mobile basis in the Exeter area. You will carry out reactive maintenance and carpentry repairs within a range of commercial buildings. Ideal candidates will have experience in general carpentry and possess a building trade qualification. Competitive salary range of £32K–£34K, plus company vehicle and benefits.

• Additional mechanical experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks.
• Carry out building fabric maintenance, including carpentry and repairs.
• Process paperwork according to company policy.
• Adhere to out-of-hours call-out rota.
