40 hours over 5 days, weekends required, with overtime; starting salary £27,040, rising to £27,560 after a successful trial, plus uncapped weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality settings is desirable.
• A full driving licence and transport are essential.
• Willingness to travel between branches across the region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple branches.
• Provide relief service to branches in your area when needed.
• Work with Area Managers to ensure policy compliance and excellent customer service.
• Ensure training and assessments are conducted for staff.
