Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a BMS Controls Engineer to cover sites across West Manchester and Lancashire. The role focuses on reactive maintenance, fault diagnostics and remedial works on BMS and HVAC control systems, with travel between sites and collaboration with the Electrical Manager.

Applicants should have experience with Ambiflex and a strong understanding of HVAC or electrical control systems. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a BMS/HVAC controls engineer or similar.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience.
• Experience with Ambiflex control systems.
• Good understanding of HVAC or electrical control systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance, fault diagnostics and remedial works on BMS and HVAC control systems.
• Diagnose and rectify faults across electrical and mechanical control systems.
• Work with Ambiflex and other BMS control systems.
• Identify root causes and implement repairs.
• Support new installations and project works.
• Travel between sites across West Manchester and Lancashire.
• Liaise with Electrical Manager and Director regarding works.
