Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of customer service in field support, basic electrical and mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience in field support.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
• Able to operate a cell phone.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Previous experience working with hand and power tools.
• Able to read with comprehension and write documents in English.
• Able to perform basic math such as add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures including safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a safe, orderly working environment.
• Be responsible for company assets including a service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain logs and records as required by regulations.
• Travel to customer sites as needed for service calls.
• Prepare and ship product and handle loading/unloading.
• Read meters and adjust charge parameters to battery systems.
• Perform discharge tests and evaluate results.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with customers.
• On-call work and varying shifts may be required.
