Job summary

A leading consulting firm based in Manchester is seeking an experienced Mobile Backend Developer to join their team. You will be responsible for backend cloud application development with a focus on JAVA and Kotlin. The role involves mentoring junior developers, driving strategy within your area of expertise, and participating in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle. This is a contract position with up to 3 days onsite work.

The role involves mentoring junior staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables, promoting best practices like TDD and BDD, and leading engineering practices across the SDLC.
