Job summary
Staffbase Recruitment is seeking a mobile auto electrician for field installation and commissioning across Northern England. You will install vehicle tracking, telematics, cameras and safety systems on a range of vehicles, travelling regionally on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate has experience with 12V/24V electrical systems and is comfortable working in the field. OT, a company van and career progression opportunities are included.

- Experience as auto electrician with 12V/24V systems.
- Willingness to travel regionally on a daily basis.
- Experience fitting telematics, cameras & sensors.
Responsibilities
- Install and commission vehicle tracking and safety systems.
- Perform field install work across Northern England.
- Support ongoing maintenance and repairs on site.

Job description
Basic £36K - £40K + Bonus + OT + Van + Benefits OTE £45K - £50K
The mobile auto electrician will be responsible for installation & commissioning vehicle tracking, vision /camera systems and safety systems to a wide range of vehicles at locations throughout Northern England.
You will be an experienced auto electrician who is happy to work in the field and undertake regional travel on a daily basis.
Previous experience in fitting 12V & 24V electrical systems such as telematics, cameras, sensors and other vehicle safety systems required.
- Mondays to Friday 48 hours
- Overtime available
- Excellent basic salary £36K - £41K + Bonus + OT OTE £45K - £50K
