Job summary

Staffbase Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Auto Electrician in Basingstoke to install and commission vehicle tracking, vision/camera and safety systems across Southern England. You will be an experienced auto electrician, comfortable with 12V/24V systems and regional travel; typical hours are Monday to Friday with 48 hours and overtime.

Salary £40,000–£41,000 plus Bonus and OT, with a company van and credit card.

Qualifications

• Experience as auto electrician with 12V/24V systems such as telematics and cameras.
• Ability to perform field installation and regional travel across Southern England.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission vehicle tracking, vision/camera and safety systems on a range of vehicles.
• Carry out fieldwork across Southern England with occasional overtime.
• Maintain and test 12V/24V electrical circuits and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Our client is a leading provider of vehicle tracking and safety solutions and due to their continued success Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Mobile Auto Electrician

The Role:

The mobile auto electrician will be responsible for installation & commissioning vehicle tracking, vision /camera systems and safety systems to a wide range of vehicles at locations throughout Southern England

Candidate:

You will be an experienced auto electrician who is happy to work in the field and undertake regional travel on a daily basis. Previousexperience in fitting 12V & 24V electrical systems such as telematics, cameras, sensors and other vehicle safety systems required.

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday 48 hours

Overtime available door to door pay
