Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an Area Support Officer to provide flexible security cover across multiple client sites. You will monitor activity, conduct patrols, log incidents, and support operational continuity with adaptable deployment across designated sites.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid SIA licence, have Right to Work in the UK, and be able to pass BS7858 vetting. You will demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional presentation while delivering

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK and be able to pass BS7858 vetting.
• Valid SIA Licence is required.
• UK Driving licence and own vehicle preferred.
• Competent with computer systems and security software.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional security cover across multiple client sites with consistent high-quality service.
• Conduct regular site patrols and inspections per site procedures.
• Monitor premises via CCTV and respond to alarms and incidents promptly.
• Record logs of site activities, visitor access, and contractor attendance.
• Support safety and security of people, property, and assets at all times.
• Adapt to flexible deployment across designated sites to meet client needs.
