Job summary

ECG Facilities Services in Newcastle is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a mobile team. You will perform maintenance, repairs and installations on a range of commercial HVAC equipment, including air handling units and controls, with emphasis on safety and quality.

The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, an approved A/C apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2 and an F-Gas certification. A company vehicle is supplied and 25 days holiday are offered.

Qualifications

• - Knowledge and experience of all air conditioning and electrical plant including Air Handling Units and controls.
• - Knowledge and experience of BMS control systems.
• - Knowledge and experience of HVAC installations, including compliance paperwork.
• - Competent in working on CAFM system and using a tablet for logging on to jobs.
• - 5 years minimum experience in air conditioning field.
• - Approved A/C Apprenticeship with NVQ Level 2 and F-Gas.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance, repairs and general Air Conditioning duties; assist with mechanical & plumbing works on site.
• Maintenance, design & installation support for commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
