Job summary

Tech-People is seeking a Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join its team in London. The role involves carrying out PPMs, servicing and maintenance on full air conditioning systems, including VRVs, VRFs and multi-split networks across a three-building portfolio.

The ideal candidate will hold an up-to-date F-Gas Cat 1 qualification, have hands-on experience with VRV/VRF and split systems, be able to report repairs, and be prepared for an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing VRV, VRF, splits and multi-split air conditioning systems.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to London.
• Enhanced DBS check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on full air conditioning systems and related plant.
• Perform service and maintenance work on VRV and VRF systems.
• Handle all PPMs and necessary maintenance works.
• Report and identify repairs during investigations.
• Work across a 3-building portfolio.
