Job summary
Holt Recruitment Group is assisting a leading automotive technician business in recruiting a Mobile ADAS & Diagnostic Technician for a field-based role covering the Norwich area. You will calibrate ADAS systems, diagnose faults, program modules, and perform EV repairs using manufacturer equipment at customer sites.
Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification, strong diagnostic and electrical knowledge, experience with diagnostic tools, and the ability to travel to client
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a main dealer or professional automotive environment.
- Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical knowledge.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles.
- Clean and valid UK driving licence essential.
- Ability to travel to customer sites within the area.
Responsibilities
- Carry out ADAS calibrations to manufacturer specifications.
- Perform vehicle diagnostics, fault finding and rectification.
- Module programming, coding and configuration.
- Use dealer and aftermarket diagnostic tools.
- Carry out EV repairs and high-voltage work.
- Road-test and confirm repairs after diagnostics.
