Position

Air Conditioning Engineer / Building Services Engineer

Location

South East – primarily Greater London and the Home Counties, with occasional travel as far as Norwich and Southampton.

Hours

Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00 (9‑hour shifts)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team, carrying out a mix of Building Services compliance visits, AC servicing, and reactive maintenance calls across the South East.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and building services systems
• Complete compliance checks and service reports to company standards
• Respond to reactive calls and resolve issues efficiently
• Ensure all work meets F‑Gas and health & safety regulations

Requirements

• F‑Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
• Basic DBS check
• Proven experience in AC servicing and building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence

Schedule

Monday to Sunday rotation, 08:00 – 17:00 (9‑hour days); 12 weeks temporary then permanent.
