Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete paperwork.
• Handle Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks.
• Provide out of hours cover on a call out rota.
• Oversee subcontractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety.
• Assist on other properties as needed.
